4)If the required supporting documents (paid ticket, ID, student ID, foreign national ID, Welfare Card, etc.) are not presented, the difference from the full price must be paid. If you choose not to attend for this reason, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be available.

1)When booking a performance on the Arko & Daehakro Arts Theater website, you can choose your ticket collection method (mobile ticket or venue pickup) at the payment stage. The method can also be changed after booking.

2)When using an Arko & Daehakro Arts Theater mobile ticket, no physical (paper) ticket will be issued.

3)For bookings made through YES24, Naver, or NOL Ticket, present your booking details at the box office on the day of the performance and collect a physical ticket.
